NEGRONI WEEK EVENT GUIDE 2.0
The outpouring of support for Negroni Week this year has been phenomenal, and we’re grateful to every bar that has signed up to participate. Many bars are hosting special Negroni Week events and happy hours around the country. Here’s a quick round-up of a few that you won’t want to miss.
The Clever Koi, Phoenix, AZ
In addition to the classic cocktail, The Clever Koi will be serving up Negroni Sno-Cones for just $5 a pop!
Barrel Head Brewhouse, San Francisco, CA
SF’s Barrel Head Brewhouse will be featuring a special menu they call “The New-Groni Project” where Negroni Weekers can pick from several featured gins, vermouths, mixers and garnishes to create their own customized twist on a Negroni.
Terreana Resort Bar, Palos Verdes, CA
The bar at Terreana Resort in Palos Verdes will be hosting a Negroni Mixology event Tuesday, June 3, with Nolet’s gin’s National Mixologist Jaren Singh. The event is $45 and will include three variations on the Negroni.
Clever Bottle, Seattle, WA
Seattle’s Clever Bottle will be hosting a Negroni Punch Party on Saturday, June 7. It will feature three different Negroni Punch bowls with recipes from different neighborhood bartenders. Cups of punch will go for $5 each, as well as free bar snacks. The first 20 guests to arrive will also receive a bottle of orange-mint housemade bitters.
Propaganda Doughnuts, Grand Rapids, MI
Grand Rapids’ Propaganda Doughnuts will be serving up special Negroni doughnuts all through Negroni Week, and donating $1 from each doughnut sold to the Grand Rapids Public Library.
The European +Aveline, San Francisco, CA
Negroni Gumdrops, conceptualized by Aveline Pastry Chef Kaley Laird, will be available at both Aveline and The European. Made with Campari, gin, vermouth, orange–infused agave, sugar, and a touch of salt, they’re a true Negroni Week grownup treat.
Various locations, New Orleans, LA
The New Orleans Musicians Assistance Foundation has organized a variety of Negroni Week events around the city. Highlights include a June 5 event at the Mid City Yacht Club where Krewe de Vieux Mardi Gras will storm the bar as well as a week-long pop-up bar hosted by Steve Yamada at Saint Lawrence in New Orleans’ French Quarter.
